Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Ellie.
I’m a therapist and coach who believes that real change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest—and supported enough to actually do something with that honesty.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and very real. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel understood and respected, but I’m also not the kind of therapist who just nods along while things stay the same. I believe in meaningful conversations, practical tools, and gentle but direct honesty that helps people move forward.
In our work together, you can expect a mix of compassion, curiosity, and what I like to call a “no BS” approach to growth. That means we’ll talk openly about what’s working, what’s not, and the patterns that might be keeping you stuck—while also focusing on the skills and insight needed to create lasting change.
I draw from evidence-based therapy while also focusing on real-life application. Insight is important, but insight alone doesn’t change your life. My goal is to help you walk away from sessions with both a deeper understanding of yourself and practical ways to move forward.
Alongside therapy, I also offer coaching for individuals who want support with personal growth, mindset shifts, and building the kind of habits and direction that help life feel more intentional. Whether we’re working in a therapeutic or coaching space, the end goal is the same: helping you feel more capable, confident, and aligned with the life you want.
Above all, I believe that therapy and coaching should feel human. You don’t have to show up perfectly. You don’t need to have the right words. You just need to be willing to start where you are.
Outside of my work, I value balance, connection, and the everyday moments that remind me how important it is to take care of ourselves and the people around us. I typically spend my time doing something creative, watching a comfort show, cuddling with my pets, or spending time with the people I love.
If you’re looking for a space that is supportive, honest, and focused on real growth, you’re in the right place.
