Areas of Clinical Specialty:
-
Big life changes can leave you wondering who you are now. Together, we'll make space for the uncertainty, explore what matters most to you, and help you build a life that feels authentic—not just one you've learned to survive.
-
Somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like yourself. Whether you've been people-pleasing, masking, or simply surviving, therapy can help you reconnect with who you are beneath everyone else's expectations.
-
If you've been measuring your worth by how productive, successful, helpful, or "put together" you are, you're not alone. Together, we'll explore where those beliefs came from and help you build a sense of worth that isn't dependent on proving yourself.
-
If saying "no" fills you with guilt or asking for what you need feels impossible, you're not alone. Together, we'll practice communicating with honesty, confidence, and self-respect, without sacrificing your kindness.
-
Healthy relationships start with a healthy relationship with yourself. Whether you're navigating conflict, setting boundaries, healing from past hurts, or looking for more fulfilling connections, therapy can help you build relationships where you feel seen, respected, and valued.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Support for big feelings, growing minds, and the families who love them.
Kids and teens are still learning how to understand themselves, their emotions, and the world around them. Sometimes that comes out as anxiety, sadness, anger, shutting down, big reactions, people-pleasing, defiance, low self-esteem, or just feeling really overwhelmed.
Therapy can give children and adolescents a space where they don’t have to have all the right words. They can show up as they are, be supported without judgment, and start learning new ways to cope, communicate, and feel more connected to themselves and others.
When working with kids and teens, I like to meet them where they are. Depending on their age and needs, sessions may include talking, art, play-based activities, mindfulness, coping skills, emotion regulation tools, or creative ways to help them express what might be hard to say out loud.
I also believe caregiver support matters. Children and teens do not heal in isolation, so when appropriate, I work with parents or caregivers to strengthen communication, build understanding, and support progress outside of session.
My goal is to help children and adolescents feel safe, seen, and understood while building the skills and confidence they need to move through life’s challenges.
